Shipping Cost

Flat rate $5.95 per prder shipping applies to orders shipping to the contiguous United States. Orders from outlying areas or overseas are welcome for most products. If you live outside of the Contiguous US, you will be invoiced for the actual shipping amount before your order is shipped. We charge the actual shipping costs. We do not add a handling fee to shipping charges.

***Please note that some companies restrict shipments outside of the US. We can not ship bumGenius, Flip, Econobum, Gro-Via or Rumparooz products outside the US. Restrictions may also apply to larger or heavier items such as cribs, car seats, cosleepers and any items banned from postal shipments. All international orders are shipped via USPS at the buyer's risk.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping Policies

We can ship many items to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Larger orders may require an adult signature for delivery.

We will choose the best shipping method for free or flat rate shipping. In most cases this is the USPS, but may also include slower methods such as UPS ground.

If you are ordering a large or heavy item, please provide a street address for shipping. UPS can not deliver to PO boxes.
