Use sparingly on little bottoms and anywhere baby needs extra moisturizing. While this is considered a "cloth diaper safe" diaper cream - it is never a great idea to get any diaper cream on cloth diapers. It is safest to use a cloth diaper liner or flushable diaper liner if you are using any diaper cream. While I have personally used this type of cream directly with cloth diapers, I am careful to use as little as possible and I only use it when needed. Most cloth diaper warranties are void if any cloth diaper cream is used directly against the diaper.
